The Prosecutor's Office Has Entered the Ministry of Environment and Waters, Chased Borislav Sandov for a Huge Scam!

The Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office has entered the Ministry of Environment and Waters for an inspection, Eco News states.

Prosecutors will investigate an agreement between the former eco-minister Borislav Sandov and a supposed company for private guards for the protection of protected areas.

Then the fishing club "Balkanka" sounded the alarm that the Ministry of Environment and Water had concluded an agreement for the protection of Natura 2000 areas and protected areas with a dubious paramilitary-style non-governmental organization founded only a month before the signing.

The report to the prosecutor's office was most likely filed by the NGO, after the guards from the NGO with the famous name "National Agency for the Control of Protected Territories" stopped people from accessing Natura protected areas - something they have no legal authority to do .

The revelation caused a huge wave of discontent, especially in environmental circles, and Sandov received sharp criticism even from some of his closest people.

At the time, he initially denied the existence of the agreement.

Only after the document, personally signed by him, became public, he began to go around the media, explaining that the agreement was terminated without loss to the state.

From the revelations at the time, it became clear that the so-called The "National Agency" works with two other non-governmental organizations, also established at the beginning of the year, which will train rangers. That is, Borislav Sandov has allowed several non-governmental organizations, created at the beginning of the year, to carry out some control, for which they will train rangers, in the Natura zones, which represent 1/3 of the territory of Bulgaria.
